Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 88 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 467, 468, 471, 420 and 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation against the petitioner is that appointment on the basis of forged certificate as Niyojit Teacher. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is some interpolation but the certificate was not forged and not terminated and proceeding was initiated for realizing of money.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, named above, surrender within a period of six weeks from the receipt of this order and on is so surrendering, he will be released on provisional bail till submission of the charge sheet and with further condition that he has to co-operate in investigation, however, if charge sheet is submitted against him and case is found true, he has to surrender and make prayer for regular bail, which will be considered on the basis of materials available on record at that time.
