1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State.

2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, allegation against these petitioners is of assault with iron rod to the son of the informant namely Gaurav Kumar and nephew of the informant namely Ravish Kumar.

4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that allegation of assault against these petitioners is general and omnibus in nature. Doctor has found the injuries simple in nature.

5. Learned counsel for the State vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioners in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 1st Munger, in connection with Nayaram Nagar (Safiasarai O.P.) P. S. Case No. 118 of 2022, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Shishir/- U T
