ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 17-09-2015 The petitioner submits that without calling for a report from the Protection Officer an order was passed by the Judicial Magistrate, Patna in D.V. Case No. 01 of 2008 granting interim maintenance of Rs. 10,000/- to the O.P. No. 2 which order was affirmed by the Additional Sessions Judge VI, Patna in Cr. Appeal No. 2262 of 2014.

Be that as it may considering that the order is with regard to interim maintenance, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter. The application is disposed off with direction to the Court below to conclude the proceedings positively, within a period of three months. If he has not called for a report from the Production Officer as yet he
