With the help of the petition, filed in the form of Public Interest Litigation, the grievance expressed by the petitioner is that one Sofia Nizam has been illegally appointed and thereby misappropriation of Government fund has taken place. Apart from that the said Sofia Nizam has not been made party, we are of the view that if the appointment of Sofia Nizam is by way of commission of fraud, the remedy of the petitioner lies in either lodging a complaint or lodging a First Information Report. In view of the above and as prayed for by learned Counsel for the petitioner, this petition is allowed to be withdrawn
