It is submitted that in the cause, title of Cr. Misc. No. 11720 of 2015, the name of father of petitioner No. 5 has wrongly been mentioned as "Prabhunath Singh" in place of "Prabhunath Giri" and due to that, similar defect occurred in the order dated 27-04-2015 by which, the petitioner and four others were granted privilege of anticipatory bail. Considering the submissions made, this modification petition is allowed and the order dated 27-042015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 11720 of 2015 is modified to

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24776 of 2015 (2) dt.19-08-2015 2/2 the extent that the name of petitioner No. 5 be read as "Prabhunath Giri" in place of "Prabhunath Singh" Let the time to surrender the petitioner No. 5 be extended for further one month.
