JUSTICE MUNGESHWAR SAHOO ORAL ORDER 20-08-2016 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner, namely, Chandrika Chauhan is in custody in Noorsarai P.S. Case No.232 of 1998(G.R. No.2966 of 1998) under Sections 379/411 of the Indian Penal Code. It appears that this is a case of misuse of privilege of bail for which the petitioner is in custody since 12.06.2016. Considering the above facts, I direct that the petitioner named above be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Noorsarai

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34914 of 2016 (2) dt.20-08-2016 P.S. Case No.232 of 1998(G.R. No.2966 of 1998). One of the bailors should be his close relative and the other bailor must be the co-villager.
