====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 07-11-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.

2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 103, 238(a), 61(2)(a) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. It is a case of honour killing and it is alleged that this petitioner, who happens to be agnate of co-accused Guddu Sah, along with other accused persons committed twin murder.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application and submitted that petitioner is named in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63792 of 2025(3) dt.07-11-2025 2/2 F.I.R. and was last seen with the deceased.

6. Considering the nature of accusation and gravity of the offence, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is refused.
