2. The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in Bakhari P.S. Case No. 98 of 2022 registered under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The prosecution case as per written report, in brief, is that one Shahana Tabassum was appointed as a teacher in employment year, 2006. When her certificates were sent to Bihar Vidyalaya Pariksha Samiti, Patna for authentication, the stamp on the mark sheet was found fake.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in this
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.68658 of 2024(2) dt.08-10-2024 2/2 case. It has further been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is not named in the FIR. The petitioner being the Chairman was only formally involved with the entire process and the work was being done by the Member Secretary. The petitioner has already been granted bail by a coordinate bench of this court in two other cases of similar nature which has been lodged merely on suspicion.
5. Learned counsel appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest/surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Bakhari P.S. Case No. 98 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
