2. Learned counsel for the State submits that the present writ petition has been filed in 2018, challenging the appointment made vide Memo No. 148 dated 21.03.2005. He further submits that the State has also taken plea in paragraph No. 4 of the counter affidavit that the appointment has been taken afresh by virtue of Memo No. 148 dated 21.03.2005 and after about 13 years, the present writ petition has been filed.
