The petitioners apprehend their arrest in registered for the offences punishable under Section 304B and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioners are father-in-law, mother-in-law, brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law of the deceased. The informant alleged that his daughter was killed by her husband Amar Ray and other family members, but the informant did not make any specific allegation against the petitioners who are in-laws of the deceased. Of course, the deceased died immediately after one year of her marriage with Amar Ray, but since no specific allegation is
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25715 of 2015 (2) dt.17-07-2015 2/2 made against the petitioners above named who are in-laws, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in Ahiyapur P.S. Case No. 244 of 2012, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
