Sita Ram Mandal shot at Moti Mandal whereupon he succumbed. Furthermore, informant, his wife had also disclosed that her son had seen Sita Ram Mandal gossiping with petitioner, Laxman Mandal with whom land dispute is going on. Furthermore, it has been disclosed that Sita Ram Mandal had also shot at an old lady. Sita Ram Mandal was apprehended along with fire arm and handed over to the police by the villagers. Certainly, status of the petitioner, for the present, is that of abettor whereupon, petitioner, Laxman Mandal @ Lakhsman Mandal is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 4th Additional Sessions Judge, Bhagalpur in connection with Sultanganj PS case No.14/2016.
