Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

According to the F.I.R. the informant along with other police personal were in the on way of raid while they reached near the Dhala of Kauakol at about 10.30 P.M. One motorcycle bearing No. BR-9B-9759 was stopped and the rider was interrogated who has disclosed his name as Aghori Yadav and on search one country made pistol without cartridge was recovered. The accused did no disclose any valid paper for the same.

On behalf of the petitioner it is submitted that

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29417 of 2015 (2) dt.05-08-2015 2/2 petitioner is in custody since 25.03.2015 and charge sheet in the case has been submitted. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. As per the allegation one country made pistol and a mobile with motorcycle is said to have been recovered from his possession. On behalf of the State it is submitted that petitioner is named in the first information report. Considering the aforesaid facts, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of Shri Rameshwar Mishra, J.M. Ist Class, Begusarai in Nayagaown P.S. Case No. 19 of 2015. (Sudhir Singh, J) M.Rahman/- U T
