This application for grant of regular bail arise out of Buxar Industrial P.S. Case No. 08 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304B, 201, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that petitioner along with other accused killed the deceased for demand of dowry.

It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that both the parties have settled their dispute. Petitioner being husband of the deceased and there is serious allegation levelled upon him, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer of bail of the petitioner is
