JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 28-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case instituted under Sections 366A of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3(1)(x) of the SC/ST Act.

It is alleged by the informant that petitioner Kirani Singh abused the informant in the public place. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. Petitioner no.1 is a lady and petitioner no.2 is the father of petitioner no.1. It has further been submitted that petitioners have falsely been implicated in the present case. The main allegation is levelled against Vinod Singh who is said to be the Mama of petitioner no.1 Puja Kumari.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27805 of 2015 (3) dt.28-09-2015 On behalf of the State, it has been submitted that the petitioners are named in the FIR. The victim girl has already been recovered and he is in custody of the informant. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Goraul P.S.Case No.97 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
