JUSTICE RAMESH KUMAR DATTA ORAL ORDER 13-01-2016 Learned counsel for the University submits that all amounts have been paid to the petitioner as per the calculation of the University including the final amount of Rs. 66,290/- for which earlier the cheque was issued but could not be credited to the account of the petitioner but a subsequent cheque has been credited in the month of October, 2015. Learned counsel for the petitioner does not challenge the aforesaid position but submits that certain other dues are also receivable by the petitioner for which he seeks liberty to approach the authority of the University. The contempt application is, accordingly, disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the opposite parties for any further claim.
