1. Though the present writ petition has been filed for quashing the order dated 31.10.2018, issued by the Arms Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur, whereby and whereunder the arms license of the petitioner has been suspended, however, at the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to challenge the same, by filing appropriate appeal under Section 18 of the Arms Act, 1959. Liberty so sought is granted.

2. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
