The petitioner seeks bail in Siwan Town P.S. Case No. 148/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act. The informant made allegation that the petitioner and others threatened him while he was going to give application. The accused persons came. Nasim Sai made indiscriminate firing causing injury to the informant. No specific allegation of firing is made against the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail since 05.05.2015.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of
