It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that due to inadvertent mistake, it was submitted that Annexure-7 was pending before the District Appellate Authority, Bhojpur, Ara. In fact, the said application was filed before the Director, Primary Education, New Secretariat, Bihar, Patna. Hence, the petitioner may be permitted to make a fresh application under Rule 15(2) of The Bihar State School Teachers and Employees

Patna High Court MJC No.3267 of 2017(3) dt.28-02-2018 2/2 Disputes Redressal Rules, 2015 before the District Appellate Authority, Bhojpur, Ara.

Considering the submissions made by the counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner is permitted to make a fresh application before the District Appellate Authority, Bhojpur, Ara under Rule 15(2) of The Bihar State School Teachers and Employees Disputes Redressal Rules, 2015.

With the aforesaid modification in the order dated 04.09.2017 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 4606 of 2013, the present modification application stands allowed.
