JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 04-02-2019 This Court while disposing of the writ application on 01.03.2017, directed the District Programme Officer, Supaul to examine all aspects to the matter and take appropriate decision. Learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of opposite parties submits that in compliance of the direction issued by the writ Court, the Director, Primary Education has passed order on 22.01.2019 vide Annexure-N to the show cause. Considering the fact that the direction was only to take appropriate decision and in compliance of the same, the Director, Primary Education has taken decision contained in Annexure-N to the show cause, no indulgence is required in the
