This application for grant of anticipatory bail arises out of Aurangabad (Town) P.S. Case No. 311 of 2012, disclosing offences under Sections 420,467 and 468 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the persons against whom, there is specific allegation of receiving the amount and not handing over the original bond papers, has been granted anticipatory bail by this Court by an order, which has been brought on record by way of Annexure-4 to this application. Considering the above, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner above named in the event of his

arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in Aurangabad (Town) P. S. Case No. 311 of 2012(G.R. No. 1783 of 2012), subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

This is subject to the condition that the petitioner shall present himself before the Court/police, as the case may be, as and when required and in the event of failure on his part to appear before the Court on two consecutive occasions, his bail bonds shall be liable to be cancelled.
