Patna High Court CR. APP (SJ) No.4035 of 2019(8) dt.19-02-2020 2/2 14(A)(2) of the Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989.

Section 14 (A) (2) of the Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 reads as follows:

"Notwithstanding anything contained in subsection (3) of Section 378 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, (2 of 1974), an appeal shall lie to the High Court against an order of the Special Court or the Exclusive Special Court granting or refusing bail."

In view of the provisions referred to supra, this appeal, in its present form, is not maintainable.

The appeal is, accordingly, dismissed as not maintainable.
