JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 21-10-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1(i). For issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent authorities to remove the encroachment made over Public Road situated at Thana No. 156, appertaining to Khata No. 206, on which the Respondent No. 7 is constructing a building whereas the said public road passes through the Ishapur Digha Road, which connects the main road and passes through the road of petitioner.

Patna High Court CWJC No.14988 of 2024(2) dt.21-10-2024 2/2 (ii). For directing the respondent authorities to stay the construction of building by the Respondent No. 7 and remove the encroachment made over Public Road."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted. 3.
