This M.J.C. is filed for restoration of Civil Revision No.90 of 2015 which was dismissed due to non-compliance of the peremptory order dated 16.03.2018.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on account of some unavoidable circumstances, the petitioner could not file the requisites for issuance of notice within time. The petitioner has already filed requisites for issuance of notice through speed post with A.D. after nine days.
Accordingly, this M.J.C. is allowed. Civil Revision No.90 of 2015 is restored to its original file. The office is directed to issue notice forthwith as the requisition has already been filed. Saurabh/- (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J) U
