1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Govindpur P.S. Case No. 164 of 2023 registered under Sections 30(a) and 30(d)/41of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that the illicit liquor has been recovered from Pipra Dam situated in the forest. The petitioner has no concern with the seized liquor. 4.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.68212 of 2023(2) dt.01-11-2023 2/2 within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Exclusive Special Excise Judge-I, Nawada in connection with Govindpur P.S. Case No. 164 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
