The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Kamtaul P.S. Case No. 13 of 2019 registered under Sections 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. Petitioners are not named in the first information report. Further submission is that in the present case, F.I.R. is lodged after 11 days of the alleged occurrence.

No.63329 of 2019(2) dt.17-10-2019 2/2 Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M., Darbhanga in connection with Kamtaul P.S. Case No. 13 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
