The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 342, 323, 332, 333, 307, 393, 353, 427 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the informant being the S.I. of Police he along with other police personnel proceeded to arrest accused of Tariyani P.S. Case No. 30 of 2013 but on the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33101 of 2015 (2) dt.11-08-2015 2/3 way a mob of 100 miscreants reached, snatched the arms of the police personnel, damaged the arms by pelting stones and put the vehicle on fire.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that FIR was registered against two named persons and 100 unknown. Subsequently, the name of the petitioner sprang up. On application filed by the father of the petitioner DIG conducted enquiry and petitioner was not found present at the place of occurrence.

A statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the accusation against the mob, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Sheohar in connection with Shyampur Bhatha P.S. Case No. 71 of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
