The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Ara Nagar P.S. Case No.426 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 326, 307 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
It has been submitted that the case has been registered on the basis of Fardbeyan of the informant recorded at S.R. Hospital, Jaganpura. The informant has alleged that altogether four F.I.R. named accused on two motorcycles, came and opened fire causing injury to the informant and the allegation of firing is against Ravi Singh. It is further submitted that the other co-accused Bharat Singh has been allowed bail by one of the coordinate Bench of this
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56654 of 2017 (2) dt.12-12-2017 Court in Criminal Miscellaneous No.51080 of 2017 on 01.11.2017. The case of the petitioner stands on similar footing. The learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the submission. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the prayer of bail is allowed. The petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Ara Nagar P.S.
