The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bidupur P.S. Case No. 295 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected vide order dated 26.02.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 4304 of 2015 with an observation that petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after remaining six months in jail.

The petitioner has already remained in jail for more than six months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Bidupur P.S.
