JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 10-08-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 384, 385, 386/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the petitioner had received Rs. 12 lacs as advance on behalf of land-owner Harish Chandra Yadav for getting the land transferred in favour of the informant. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the accusation levelled against him is totally false and concocted and there is no prove with regard to payment to the petitioner.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32426 of 2015 (2) dt.10-08-2015 2/2 that the petitioner is in habit of taking money from several persons.

The aforesaid facts constitute a good ground for consideration of regular bail, if the petitioner surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Chhatauni P.S. Case No. 102 of 2015 pending in the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran.

With the observations above, the application stands disposed off.
