The petitioner seeks bail in Pirbahore P.S. case No. 159 of 2016 under Section 467, 468, 471, 472, 420,120B of the Indian Penal Code.

The police got information that some persons are involved in forging fake documents for furnishing bail bonds. The police apprehended the petitioner along with three other accused persons, namely, Uma Shanker, Mukesh and Santosh Gupta. From the possession of petitioner 12 plain rent receipts were recovered. Other accused persons have already been granted bail. The petitioner is in jail since 12.06.2016.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39706 of 2016 (3) dt.29-11-2016 2/2 is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna in Pirbahore P.S. Case No. 159 of 2016.
