2. Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

3. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Ballia P.S. Case No. 123 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 of the Arms Act.

4. As per the prosecution case, one country made pistol and live cartridges have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case only on the basis of suspicion.

6. Learned APP for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer of the bail by contending that the petitioner is a veteran criminal and he is accused in two more cases under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

7. In view of the facts and circumstances, as mentioned above, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at present.

8. Accordingly, the prayer of bail of the petitioner is rejected herewith.

9. The Court below is directed to expedite the trial.

10. The petitioner may renew his prayer for bail, if there is no progress in the trial.
