2. The petitioner has alleged non-compliance/ violation of the order dated 10.01.2018 passed in CWJC No. 12656 of 2015.

3. In the show cause filed on behalf of the Registrar of the University, copy of order dated 29.08.2018 has been brought on record, which is in terms of the direction of the Court on the writ petition.

4. In view of the order of the Registrar of the University passing a detailed order, the order of the writ petition stands complied with. Accordingly, the application stands disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to take further action in accordance with law.
