2. This writ application has been filed for the following reliefs:- "(i) Setting aside the entire process of Jamabandi No.-6

Patna High Court CWJC No.14611 of 2023(2) dt.08-02-2024 2/3 pertaining to Mauza-Badihan, Halka-Chakanha, Thana No.-177, R.S. Khata No.-119 (Chak Khata No.-121), R.S. Plot No.-579 (Chak Plot No.-453), Anchal-Dehri, Dist.-Rohtas, for an area of 47 decimal with its boundary (North-Sarkari Nala, EastPlot No.-452 & 454, West-National Highway) whereas the same land stands/exists in the name of "Anavad Bihar Sarkar".

(ii) Further commanding the respondent authorities particularly the Respondent No.-7 (Circle Officer, Dehri) to bring on record the entire records concerning with the creation of Jamabandi No.-6 in favour of Respondent No.-10.

(iii) Grant of any other consequential or incidental relief/reliefs, for which the petitioner can be found entitled for."

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner requests for disposal of the present writ application granting liberty to the petitioners to move before the Additional Collector, Sasaram, District- Rohtas (Respondent No. 4), who is the competent authority to look into the matter and pass appropriate order, with respect to his grievance.

4. In view of the prayer made on behalf of the petitioner, this writ application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to move before the Additional Collector, Sasaram, District- Rohtas (Respondent No. 4).

5. If the petitioner files his representation along with a copy of this order before the Additional Collector, Sasaram, District- Rohtas (Respondent No. 4) within a period of six
