The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sitamarhi P.S. Case No. 807/2017 dated 08.10.2017 instituted for the offences under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 30(a) (b) (c) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

11.5 litres of illicit liquor has been recovered from the house of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 09.10.2017 and he does not bear any criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District
