2. In the instant petition, petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:- "1. That this writ application is being file in the nature of writ of certiorari for quashing the order dated 22.6.2016 (so far the petitioner is concerned), issued under the signature of Engineer in Chief, Rural
Patna High Court CWJC No.15325 of 2018 dt.23-03-2023 2/2 Works Department, Bihar, Patna vide letter no. 7567 by which and where under the petitioner is debarred from participation of the future tender after proclamation of defaulter due to non per formation of the works as per guide line given in the agreement and direct the respondent authority to exonerate the petitioner from participating in further tender and for issuance of any appropriate writ or writs, order or orders, direction of directions as your lordships may deem fit and proper."
3. Perusal of the counter affidavit it is evident that petitioner has completed the work as undertaken by him. Therefore, further action has been taken by the official respondent in withdrawing the impugned order dated 22.06.2016.
4. In view of the above facts and circumstances, the present petition does not survive for consideration.
5. Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed of.
