No. 20756 of 2013 dated 14.08.2018. In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of with direction to the University to examine the claim of the petitioner in the light of the decision of this Court in C.W.J.C. No. 20756 of 2013 dated 14.08.2018 and extend similar treatment to this petitioner, if it is covered by the decision of this court in C.W.J.C. No. 20756 of 2013 dated 14.08.2018.
Patna High Court CWJC No.15641 of 2013(7) dt.21-08-2018 2/2 Final decision in this regard may be taken by the respondent University within a period of four months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.
