Dixit, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition in order to enable the petitioner to file a review petition before the Central Administrative Tribunal, seeking relief of being permitted for making a representation before the Railway Board which ought to have taken a final decision in the matter.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
