None is appearing on behalf of the Complainant. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a complaint case in which processes have been directed to be issued after cognizance being taken for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 406 of the Indian Penal Code and 138 of the Negotiable Instrument Act.
It is alleged that maternal uncle of the petitioner purchased a tractor from the complainant. The petitioner issued a cheque of Rs. 1,05,000/- in favour of complainant's agency which got bounced.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that at present he has no instruction from the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36325 of 2012 (4) dt.02-02-2015 petitioner.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Complaint Case No. 1319 of 2010, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj.
