JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 10-01-2020 This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Bhore P.S. Case No. 116/2019, disclosing offences under Sections 341, 323, 307, 494/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Prosecution case is that petitioner assaulted his wife - informant and stopped the fooding and lodging to her and her daughter, as the petitioner intended to marry some other lady. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the impugned order itself shows that before learned Additional Sessions Judge, the petitioner has undertaken to keep the informant with full honour and dignity but she refused to live with the petitioner.

Having heard both sides, considering the submission, as above, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above
Patna High Court CR. MISC.
