2. By filing the present writ application, the petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs:

(i) To quash and set aside the order contained in Memo No.1/MSK/05/2023/323, Patna dated 09.07.2024 as it has been passed without following the due process of law.

(ii) To stay the operational effect of the said impugned Memo No.1/MSK/05/2023/323, Patna dated 09.07.2024 during pendency of

Patna High Court CWJC No.14232 of 2024(3) dt.04-02-2025 2/2 this petition.

(iii) For any other relief(s) for which the petitioner is found entitled under the facts and circumstances of the case.

3. Having gone through the matter in detail and considering the prayers made on behalf of the petitioner, I deem it proper to direct the petitioner to file a detailed representation before the Secretary-cum-Director, Secondary Education, Education Department, Govt. of Bihar, Patna (respondent no.2) along with the supporting documents within a period of 13 days from today and the respondent no.2 is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass a reasoned and speaking order within one month from the date of receipt of representation after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner or through her counsel.

4. Needless to state that the Secretary-cum-Director, Secondary Education, Education Department, Govt. of Bihar, Patna (respondent no.2) shall be solely responsible for noncompliance of this order within the stipulated period.

5. With the aforesaid directions, this writ application stands disposed of.
