The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is alleged to have been armed with pistol but no fire arm injury was found on any person. The petitioner is not alleged to have opened firing. Four accused persons have already been granted anticipatory bail vide order dated 30.07.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 30710 of 2015.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate,
