No.26542 of 2019 on the ground that there is direction to the petitioner to surrender by 26.8.2019 but he could not surrender within that period.

In view of the facts as staved above, this application is allowed and the order dated 14.8.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No.26542 of 2019 is modified to the extent that further two weeks' time from the date of receipt of the order is granted to the petitioner to surrender and the other parts of the order shall remain intact.
