1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned A.P.P. for the State.
2. The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Patepur P.S. Case No. 182 of 2023 registered under Sections 272/273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a)(c) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.
3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case due to ulterior motive. From perusal of the seizure list, it is apparent that the alleged illicit liquor has been recovered from the bank of river. Petitioners have no concern with the said recovery.

4. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Exclusive Special Excise Court-II-cum-Additional Sessions Judge, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Patepur P.S. Case No. 182 of 2023, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
