Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-450, 376 & 511 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner happens to be in jail custody since 09-082016 on the accusation that he made attempt to commit rape upon the informant.

Submission on behalf of petitioner is that the present case is totally a false case and as a matter of fact, the petitioner has been implicated in this case on account of enmity and village politics.

Considering the above-said facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner
