1. Heard learned Senior counsel for the petitioner Mr. Bindhyachal Singh, learned A.P.P. for the State Mr. Chandra Bhushan Prasad and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant.

2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 448, 325, 307, 379, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, later on Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code was added.

3. Learned Senior counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner had earlier moved before this Court seeking regular bail by filing Cr. Misc. No.16232/2025 and the same was permitted to be withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge by an order dated 22.08.2025. It is next submitted that charges against the petitioner stands framed by

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.66204 of 2025(3) dt.19-09-2025 2/2 an order dated 25.08.2025. The said submission of the learned Senior counsel for the petitioner is not disputed by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court, in connection with S. Tr. No.1122/2025 (arising out of Rupaspur P.S. Case No.208/2024).

5. Further, one of the bailors of the petitioner shall be his cousin brother, namely, Ranjeet Kumar.

6. It is made clear that if the learned trial court comes to a conclusion that petitioner after his release is trying to delay the trial in any manner, the learned trial court shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bonds of the petitioner after recording reason. (Satyavrat Verma, J) amit/- U T
