The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Complaint Case No. 08C of 2011 registered under Sections 323 of the Indian Penal Code and 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act.

Considering that it is a case of misuse of privilege of bail and the petitioner is in custody since 31.07.2019, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Supaul in connection with Complaint Case
