BAJANTHRI) 21-02-2025 Appellant - Kamal Deo Pandey has assailed the learned Single Judge order dated 08.01.2018 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 19978 of 2014. From time to time, we have passed number of orders asking the respondent-officials to apprise this Court whether grievance of the appellant has been redressed or not?

2. Today, learned counsel for official-respondent - Mr. P.K. Verma, Senior Advocate on instruction pointed out from service record to the extent that whatever the pay fixation from 02.04.2010, the date on which appellant was absorbed in the State of Bihar has been extended with reference to pay fixation at Rs. 8,370/-. In this regard, arrears have also been calculated and disbursed after deduction of G.P.F., a sum of Rs. 86,759/- on 30.12.2013. Therefore, grievance of the appellant has been redressed substantially.

3. Learned counsel for the appellant submitted that appellant is entitled to pension and gratuity and it has been rejected, the same cannot be adjudicated in the present L.P.A.

4. Therefore, if any grievance like not granting increment, gratuity, pension and other ancillary service benefits,

5. With the above observation, L.P.A. No. 213 of 2018 stands disposed of.
