2. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Harsiddhi P.S. Case No. 482 of 2023 for the offence under Sections 302, 323, 341, 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 34 of the I.P.C.
3. It is alleged that petitioner along with other unknown persons came at informant's house armed with iron rod, lathi and farsa and started abusing them and assaulted the informant and his family members due to which informant's grandson died.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67931 of 2023(2) dt.18-10-2023 2/2 petitioners have got no criminal antecedent and they are in custody since 01.08.2023. He further submits that the petitioners were not named in the F.I.R and they have falsely been implicated in this case.
5. Petitioners are ladies and they are not named in the F.I.R. They are the co-villagers and F.I.R was registered against 13 named neighbours and 15-20 unknown persons.

Considering the aforesaid facts, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Harsiddhi P.S.
