2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Sheikhpura P.S. Case No. 211 of 2025 dated 21.07.2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 338, 336(3), 340(2), 112(2), 319(2), 318(4), 61(2) read with Section 3(5) of the B.N.S.

3. As per the prosecution case, the informant being Addl. SHO of Sheikhpura Police Station got information that imposter bio-metric operators and bio-metric supervisors have been deployed for manipulation in written examination of police constable examination at Islamiya High School, Sheikhpura. The informant along with police party reached the said school.

No.64212 of 2025(2) dt.26-09-2025 2/3 On inquiry, it is found that the petitioner had performed as an imposter in place of Biometric Operator Sudhir Kumar for providing answers to the questions to selected candidates in the written examination conducted for selection of police constables. Further, the forged identity card of Sudhir Kumar having photograph of the petitioner and Aadhar Cards of Sudhir Kumar and Nitish Kumar and mobile phone were recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. The name of the petitioner has sprung up in this case on mere suspicion. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. It is further submitted that the petitioner being unemployed, he was in search of some job where he got this opportunity and for that he was paid Rs. 500. The petitioner has no concern with the alleged offence. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent as stated in para 3 of the bail petition. The petitioner is in custody in this case since 21.07.2025. The co-accused persons have already been granted regular bail by this Court vide order dated 18.09.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 64226 of 2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed vehemently

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as the period of custody, the petitioner abovenamed, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court concerned, Sheikhpura in connection with Sheikhpura P.S. Case No. 211/2025.

7. The application stands allowed.
