The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner is not named in the FIR. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Save and except confessional statement of Bharat Kumar Paswan and Praveen Kumar Yadav, the police did not collect any further evidence to show the involvement of the petitioner. Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Ameet Kumar Singh, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Jamui in Chandramandih P.S. Case No. 37/2015.
